Last weekend I took part in a trainings camp in Schielleiten, coordinated by the Austrian Cycling DH coordinator. We stayed in an very nice place - a big area with 100 of possibilties to train. Indoor climbing, gym hall, gym, tennis court, Track and field sports area etc… We were a group of 12 athlets and it was a nice to see them again after the winter break and also to train with them.
So yes I think I am fit and strong this year. I trained a lot and my new trainer does a good job. I am looking forward to the season to proof my skills.
